Being responsible for daily oversight including staffing, operations and provider relations to successfully meet goals. Being responsible for full-cycle employment management; recruitment, training, staff development, annual reviews, and staff schedules and performance management. Assisting in overseeing the Infection Control program to ensure staff compliance with relevant policies and procedures with a special emphasis on data collection, maintenance of logs, and the documentation process Overseeing the system for managing clinical and non-clinical supplies and inventory, monitor expenses.
