Experience with neuro, spine, thoracic, and vascular cases is a plus. Ability to float within the hospital is required. Description: The position is for a CVOR Tech. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts starting at 09:00. Weekend coverage may be required on an as-needed basis. Call coverage is required, with a total of five call shifts per month. This includes three weeknight shifts and two 24-hour weekend shifts. The average daily census is 50-75 patients. The facility has 28 operating rooms and provides care for diverse patient populations. Patient cases include orthopedic sports, minimally invasive arthroscopic and laparoscopic cases, robotics, general, gynecology, urology, and plastic surgery. Experience in a high acuity academic setting is preferred. Candidates should have strong skills in various surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting and valve replacements. A thorough understanding of surgical protocols and equipment is necessary. The environment requires adaptability to workflow and patient needs.
