Assume primary responsibility for all respiratory care modalities. Initiate and conduct therapeutic procedures; maintain patient records; and select, assemble, check, and operate equipment. * Practices standard precautions and enforces safety regulations according to hospital policies. * Interprets evaluations and test results to determine appropriate treatment plans in consultation with interdisciplinary healthcare team. * Responds to all Code Blue emergencies immediately providing CPR according to the American Heart Association and performs other duties as directed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Patient care skills to care for neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations per hospital needs.
