Facility: This healthcare facility features a recently established Behavioral Health Division with a developing Behavioral Health department in Bismarck. The facility offers a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, integrating various behavioral health specialties to provide comprehensive services to the community. Opportunity: Psychology - Child & Adolescent or Adult Job Details: • Provide psychological services, including psychotherapy and psychological testing, in the outpatient clinic setting • Focus on pediatric and/or adult patients, according to your areas of competence, interest, and scope of practice • Conduct psychological testing including ADHD assessments, pain evaluations, and diagnostic clarification • Practice independently with the benefit of biweekly case consultation with the team • Receive ongoing informal support from colleagues with a variety of clinical interests and backgrounds • No after-hours on-call coverage to the hospital or ED required • Provide ED and inpatient consultations upon limited request • Potential outreach opportunities at other clinics within daytime driving distance • Work with a multidisciplinary Behavioral Health team consisting of psychiatry, psychology, neuropsychology, and social work providers • Practice will consist of a combination of in-person and telehealth services • Must complete a Psy.D. or Ph.D. program with eligibility for LP licensure • Dual licensure in both North Dakota and Minnesota required (MN can be obtained after hire date) • Post-doc candidates are being accepted for this position • Opportunity for leadership in the role of Section Chair for qualified and interested candidates • Experience in pediatric and adolescent patients is a plus Compensation: Competitive base salary of $132,000 with additional compensation potential through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
