Pharmacist In Charge - Home InfusionLocation: onsite in Jackson, TNCompensation: $140K - $170K salary (negotiable) + BonusSummaryOur client, the nation's largest home infusion pharmacy, is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge to oversee pharmacy operations and support high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance Manage medication and supply inventory Maintain documentation and audit readiness Work with insurance providers Oversee medication preparation and dispensing Collaborate with providers on infusion therapy plans Provide medication therapy guidance and patient education Lead, train, and mentor pharmacy staff Partner with healthcare providers and industry stakeholdersQualifications Active Tennessee Pharmacist license Home infusion experience required, 5 years preferred Prior experience opening a new pharmacy site preferred Pharmacy leadership or management experience USP 800, 797 regulatory knowledgeCompensation $140K - $170K base salary (negotiable) Bonus opportunity Competitive benefits Continuing education opportunities
