They will also be responsible for overseeing, patient volumes, patient and staff satisfaction and assisting with the implementation of a hospital wide culture change to improve Press Ganey scores and patient satisfaction for all services provided. In conjunction with the Director Non-Invasive Cardiology and Trauma Services, will establish goals for patient volume, staff, professional development, performance appraisals, program expansion, financials, and community involvement.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's or master's degree in medical/science field of study required.NY state Nursing license preferred.ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification preferred.5 or more years of Cardiac and/or pulmonary rehab programs. Strong leadership abilities with effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be dependable, and highly self-motivated.Strong PC computer experience.
