Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification Oversee the daily operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Centers, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management. Ensure the delivery of high-quality surgical care by leading clinical teams, maintaining standards of practice, and implementing evidence-based protocols. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative teams to enhance patient care processes and improve surgical outcomes. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including maintaining accurate patient records and implementing safety protocols. Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost-effective care delivery. Candidate requirements A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field is preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an ambulatory surgery setting. Certification in Ambulatory Surgery Nursing (CNOR) is preferred. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, patient safety, and quality assurance practices.
