Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives for the cardiovascular service line in alignment with the hospital's mission and vision. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control measures. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices in patient safety and care quality. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to improve care delivery and patient outcomes. Lead and mentor a team of cardiovascular nurses, technicians, and support staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through staff education, development, and performance evaluations. Oversee the implementation of new technologies and innovations to enhance cardiovascular services. Candidate requirements Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington. Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in cardiovascular services or a related healthcare specialty. Strong knowledge of cardiovascular care, clinical operations, and industry regulations. Proven ability to manage large teams and drive operational efficiency. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
