This position is perfect for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support while gaining meaningful experience within a client-centered environment.You will work across diverse populations, providing clinically rich services while enjoying a schedule that supports your personal and professional balance.What you'll do...Serve as the primary therapist for an assigned caseloadConduct psychosocial intake assessmentsProvide individual, group, and couples/parenting therapyDevelop and update treatment plansComplete ongoing clinical assessments and progress reviewsManage discharge planning and coordinate aftercareDeliver medically necessary psychotherapy under supervision of a licensed Psychologist or PsychiatristParticipate in treatment team meetings and case consultationsMaintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with state, federal, and agency standardsUtilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) systemsPrepare professional documentation and court testimony as requiredInterpret written, verbal, and schedule-based instructionsComplete administrative calculations related to reimbursement and clinical documentationParticipate in private contract work where eligible (details discussed during interviews)RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Master's degree in a behavioral or social science fieldLicense or license-eligible status in Pennsylvania (e.g., LSW, LPC-eligible)Knowledge of child, adolescent, and adult psychopathologyFamiliarity with common therapeutic modalities and interventionsStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical teamCommitment to completing clinical supervision and requirements toward licensureThe Mental Health Therapist is a professional member of the outpatient staff and is responsible for the provision of psychotherapeutic activities with an assigned caseload.
