Position Summary: The Clinical Applications Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to a team of Clinical Applications Analysts, with support from the Clinical Applications Manager. This role ensures Epic applications and related clinical systems are implemented, optimized, maintained, and fully operational across the organization. This position requires direct Epic experience and active Epic certification at time of hire. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a passion for optimizing clinical technology to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Your Impact Will Include: Partnering in the development of long-term clinical technology strategies in collaboration with leadership and vendors; leading implementation, optimization, upgrades, and testing of Epic modules and related applications; overseeing clinical system governance and facilitating standing governance committees; leading cross-functional workgroups to improve workflows and maximize system functionality; managing clinical application incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed; supervising and developing a team of Clinical Applications Analysts, including performance management, coaching, and talent development; coordinating business requirements through HealthPoint's project management structure; conducting site visits to support workflow integration, process improvement, and system efficiency; developing and validating system requirements, test plans, and technical documentation; identifying, documenting, and escalating application defects to Epic or other vendors; supporting onboarding and training of new team members; managing assigned application projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Required Qualifications: Associate's degree (AA), technical degree, clinical certification, or equivalent experience; seven (7) years of related healthcare experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; two (2) years of healthcare IT experience; two (2) years of electronic health record (EHR) support experience; direct Epic experience required (build, support, optimization, or implementation); active Epic certification required at time of hire; strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems. Preferred Qualifications: Epic certification in one or more of the following: Epic Bridges, Data Courier, Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere; experience supporting interoperability, integrations, and data exchange workflows; experience in multi-site or community health environments.
