As a BCBA on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families.What You'll DoAs a BCBA on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA care. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilitiesDeveloping and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plansProviding direct supervision, caregiver training, and family supportSupervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality careCollaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutionsMaintaining accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentationDelivering services in-person with opportunities for telehealth sessions when appropriateStaying informed on current research and best practices in Applied Behavior AnalysisWhat You BringWe're looking for team members who are not only qualified but genuinely care.Active BCBA CertificationMaster's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related fieldActive LBA licensure in Illinois (IL LBA) and (MO LBA) requiredExperience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilitiesStrong clinical and interpersonal communication skillsEmpathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered careCPR Certification preferredHIPAA Compliance TrainingAbility to pass a background check (required by funding sources)Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)Why Join Us?We know that when our team members thrive, our clients do too.
