Description Your Role & PurposeAt Alliance Counseling, our therapists play a vital role in helping Kentuckians of all ages find healing, resilience, and hope. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality therapy to individuals, families, couples, and/or groupsConduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plansSupport clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, grief, and life adjustmentsDeliver care in outpatient settings, via telehealth, or in community-based settings (including homes or assisted living facilities, where applicable)Collaborate with families, caregivers, and internal teams to provide coordinated, holistic supportMaintain accurate documentation in our secure, user-friendly EHR systemParticipate in ongoing training and apply evidence-based practices Where You'll WorkPositions available in Bowling Green, Glasgow, Edmonton, and Tompkinsville, KentuckyIn-office, telehealth, and community-based opportunities availableFlexible schedules and full-time availability• What You'll NeedActive Kentucky licensure: LPCA/LPCC, CSW/LCSW, LMFT, MFT, LPA, or LPPPassion for providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based careStrong documentation, communication, and teamwork skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in both field and clinic settingsExperience with specific populations (children, families, adults, or older adults) is a plus Why Join Alliance Counseling?We're more than a mental health provider - we're a mission-driven, clinician-led team dedicated to improving access to quality care across Kentucky.
