Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.Position SummaryThe Addictions Therapist will utilize a strengths based recovery-focused approach to facilitate addiction and dual diagnosis groups and individual/family therapy services to individuals with substance use disorders in an outpatient setting.  This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works with behavioral health professionals and primary care providers to provide integrated healthcare to the individuals we serve in order to achieve their identified goals.  Education/Experience/RequirementsMaster’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field accredited by the US Department of Education requiredMinimum two (2) years experience in related field requiredCommunity Mental Health experience highly preferredMust have excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills; knowledge of substance use disorders treatmentKnowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferredLicensureMust be recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana or license eligibleRecognized as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) by the State of Indiana, a plusBenefits Aspire prioritizes a work culture that takes care of employees not only at work but in their personal lives as well.
