We are looking for someone who naturally creates warmth, professionalism, and calm from the very first interaction.Many patients walk into a dental office feeling anxious or vulnerable. The way they are welcomed can change their entire visit. This role is centered on hospitality, organization, and patient experience - not high phone volume.Position OverviewThis Dental Receptionist / Front Desk position focuses primarily on:Greeting and checking in patientsCreating a welcoming and professional reception experienceCoordinating scheduling and follow-up appointmentsSupporting insurance verification and patient documentationMaintaining smooth front office operationsPhones are part of the role, but this is not a call-center environment.
