A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support in a school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position offers a 2.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) schedule, focusing on cooperative programming across Early Childhood through 8th grade students. Location: Joliet, IL Caseload Type: Cooperative Programming Grades Served: Early Childhood, K-8 Work Hours: 35 hours per week Contract Duration: 2026-2027 school year Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students with behavioral and developmental needs. Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to monitor student progress. Provide training and coaching to school staff to promote consistent behavior management strategies. Ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations related to behavioral services. Desired Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
