While the practice typically operates on a 25% CRNA supervision model, the group is uniquely willing to accommodate a physician who prefers to perform 100% of their own cases . Responsibilities Provide high-quality anesthesia services for a variety of general surgery and "bread and butter" cases. Depending on preference: either provide clinical supervision for CRNAs (approximately 25% of the time) or personally perform 100% of cases . Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop customized anesthetic plans for each patient. Monitor patients intraoperative to ensure safety, comfort, and optimal clinical outcomes. Manage emergence and post-operative recovery protocols. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certification or Eligibility (ABA) in Anesthesiology. Current unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligibility for licensure). Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in either a supervisory or solo-case capacity. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented professional approach.
