We also support a **structural heart program** (including TAVR and MitraClip), a **PE response program** , **STEMI care** , and selected emergent vascular and IR cases. Hybrid OR support is occasional and represents a very small portion of our work. **Common case types include:** + Diagnostic heart caths (left, right, and complete) + PCI, including atherectomy, lithotripsy, and laser + Mechanical circulatory support (IABP, Impella) + CTO interventions + Embolization procedures + Fistulograms + Peripheral angiography and aortography This is an excellent opportunity to maintain and grow your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. **What You Bring** ARRT‑R hires must obtain ARRT‑CV or ARRT‑CI + ARRT‑VI within 1 yearActive state license as required for Radiologic Technologists + Graduate of an accredited program in Cardiovascular Technology or Radiologic Technology (or equivalent) + Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or equivalent required, or previous experience working in a hospital setting required + **ARRT‑R or RCIS required** + ARRT‑R hires must obtain ARRT‑CV or ARRT‑CI + ARRT‑VI within 1 year + Active state license as required for Radiologic Technologists + BLS required at hire; ACLS within 6 months **Why Bellingham?** Bellingham offers small-town charm with big-city amenities-easy access to mountains, ocean, and trails; a vibrant arts and food scene; short trips to Seattle and Vancouver; great schools; and **no state income tax** .
