**Clinical Pharmacist (Temp - Onsite)** **Location:** Shepherdsville, KY (Onsite) **Address:** Shepherdsville, KY 40165 **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM **Pay Rate:** $ 60.00/hour **Duration:** Temporary to Hire (Once Hire will convert to Hybrid) **Position Overview** Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently looking a licensed Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmacotherapy review, patient counseling, and clinical support in a fast-paced specialty pharmacy environment. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong communication skills and comfort with high-volume phone-based patient interaction throughout the workday. **Key Responsibilities** + Conduct comprehensive clinical reviews of pharmacotherapy, including drug utilization, interaction screening, side effect profiling, and compliance support + Counsel patients on new drug therapies and document all interventions in patient charts + Complete REMS training and adhere to program SOPs + Coordinate care with referring clinicians and interdisciplinary teams + Serve as liaison between patients, caregivers, nurses, and prescribing providers + Provide subcutaneous injection education and training + Process and verify prescriptions accurately and in compliance with federal and state laws + Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure quality assurance standards + Monitor controlled substance compliance and hazardous waste management + Support adverse event and product quality complaint reporting + Provide on-call coverage as needed **Qualifications** + Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy + 3-5+ years of post-graduate experience in pharmacy operations and clinical care + Active, unrestricted pharmacist licenses - must be in good standing + Willing to apply for CA license if they don't have + BCOP certification (or willingness to obtain when eligible) + Strong knowledge of sterile technique and pharmacy quality control + Excellent communication and documentation skills + Must live within **one hour driving distance** of Shepherdsville, KY location + Comfortable being on the phone for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day) **Pay Details:** $60.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
