Responsibilities Manage a robust caseload of interventional pain cases in an outpatient setting. Perform high-volume procedures including Radiofrequency Ablations (RFA), Spinal Cord Stimulator trials/implants, Epidurals, and Joint Injections . Conduct EMGs and diagnostic evaluations to develop comprehensive patient treatment plans. Collaborate with the in-house team of NPs and fellow physicians to ensure continuity of care. Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety. Qualifications Mandatory Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Physician Residency Requirement: Strictly PM&R-trained (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation). Note: Anesthesia-based pain candidates will not be considered for this specific opening. Fellowship: Completion of (or currently enrolled in) an ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship . Licensure: Valid, unrestricted license to practice in the State of New York .
