Turtle Mountain Youth Wellness 2 Through Private-Public Partnerships, the 22 Promise Zones around the country are actively helping drive the economy, jobs, and American growth we all strive to see a reality. Collectively, Promise Zones serve more than 1.3 million Americans with poverty rates ranging from 28 percent to as high as 50 percent. Will bring the Promise Zone together in a united, whole community approach that will provide an exemplary model for other tribes/communities to replicate.
