Job Summary: Hamilton Health Center, a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to communities in Millersburg and Newport, Pennsylvania. This is a full-spectrum outpatient primary care opportunity, serving patients across the lifespan-from pediatrics to geriatrics. Why Join Hamilton Health Center * Mission-driven FQHC serving Central Pennsylvania communities * Integrated care model (medical, behavioral health, and social services) * Supportive, team-based clinical environment * Opportunity to make a direct impact on access to care Compensation & Benefits In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer: * CME: Up to $4,500 annually + 5 CME days (Full-Time) * Student Loan Repayment: Eligible through NHSC and state programs * Paid medical license & malpractice coverage * Generous paid time off + birthday holiday + 7 paid holidays * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Company-paid life insurance * Retirement plan with employer match * Employee Assistance Program * Discounted gym memberships Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care * Perform full physical examinations and annual health assessments * Conduct basic gynecologic exams as part of routine care for adult female patients * Diagnose and manage medical conditions, coordinating care as needed * Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR system * Collaborate with behavioral health, care management, and support staff to deliver integrated care * Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and case management discussions * Contribute to on-call coverage per provider schedule * Attend staff meetings, trainings, and required in-service sessions * Provide supervision to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, as applicable * Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational standards Qualifications Required * MD or DO from an accredited institution * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine * Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency with EMR systems Preferred * Experience in an FQHC or underserved population setting * Knowledge of HRSA and Joint Commission standards * Bilingual (Spanish, Nepali, French, or Arabic) * Prior leadership or supervisory experience Location & Schedule * Practice locations: Millersburg and Newport, PA * Full-time outpatient schedule This job description is a general outline of duties performed and is not to be misconstrued as encompassing all duties performed within the position.
