Multi-Program Clinical Supervisor/Clinician Needed in Rhode Island!$3,000 Sign-on Bonus!!!Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (hours may vary based on business needs typically between the hours of 7:00AM - 7:00PM)The Clinical Supervisor/Clinician role works interchangeably between three different programs: Family Preservation Program (FPP), Treatment Foster Care (TFC), and the Parent and Family Empowerment Program (PFEP).Excellent Comprehensive Benefit Package!!$2,000 Bonus for verified bilingual skills (speak, read, write)Company Paid 80% of Health Insurance with Blue Cross Blue ShieldCompany Paid 100% of Dental Insurance with Delta Dental (Individual)Vision Insurance with VSPHealth Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA)401K with Company MatchFree Long Term Disability InsuranceFree Life Insurance AFLACVoluntary Pet InsuranceTuition ReimbursementGenerous Paid Time Off12 Paid HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Opportunities for paid CEUsMileage ReimbursementJob Description:Responsible for a case load of clients referred by the Department of Children, Youth and Families or community providersCollaborate with FPP, TFC or PFEP Case Managers, DCYF, and outside providers to assess client and family needsAssess child and family needs to develop client-centered treatment plans and instructional strategies for FPP, TFC and PFEP clients and families.Assist clients and families in management of crisis situationsPrepare status reports for court as neededAdvocate on behalf of child/youth and their family, identifying and building on their strengths, responding to their needs, understanding cultural issues, and identifying service gapsCoordinate activities and materials that support all aspects of developmentWork directly with parents and children to apply instructional strategiesProvide transportation for children enrolled in programsMaintain confidentiality when interacting with clients, families, and providersConform to all requirements of MedicaidUtilize work time appropriately to maximize productivityPerform other duties as assignedEducation, Experience and Special Skills:Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Education, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or in a related fieldLicensure required (BCBA, LICSW, LMHC, or LCSW)Child welfare experience preferredKnowledge of developmental disabilities, child development, family assessment, functional behavioral analysis, positive program development, and community resourcesExperience with negotiation, collaboration, problem solving, and decision makingMaintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization.
