We look forward to receiving your application to join our exceptional team.SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Shipping Supervisor, the Truck Loader is responsible for safely and efficiently packaging and loading furniture, ensuring finished goods are loaded onto trucks for timely delivery to customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Operates the shrink wrap machine to package furniturePackaging furniture using cardboard boxesMoves furniture using a shipping dollyLoads furniture on trucksScans furniture to ensure tracking Reads labels and shipping documents to ensure proper loading May operate a forklift (as certified and necessary)KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Ability to interact collaboratively with othersAbility to lift 100lbs.Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.Ability to pass forklift certificationEFFORT:Continuous walking, bending, lifting ( 8-hour shift)Lifts products up to 100lbs.Operates forkliftMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSAbility to read basic information and instructions in EnglishBasic computer skills (Word and Excel)Ability to work overtime as requiredSome great perks and benefits you will receive:Competitive compensation and health insurance include medical, dental, vision, life, short/long-term disability, a flexible spending account, and a 401k plan.
