Psychologist Department: Behavioral Health Reports To: Director of Behavioral Health Classification: Exempt | Full-Time Requires: Licensed or license-eligible as a psychologist with Health Services Provider in Psychology (HSPP) endorsement in the State of Indiana Open Door Health Services is seeking a full-time Psychologist in Muncie, Indiana. Overview Psychologists at Open Door Health Services plan, organize, and deliver equitable, trauma-informed behavioral health services to patients and families within Open Door's integrated care model. In this role, you will provide individual and group counseling services to patients with a wide range of behavioral health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use concerns. You will collaborate closely with primary care providers, families, and community partners to ensure coordinated and integrated care. You may supervise and evaluate the performance of postdoctoral fellows, predoctoral interns, students, and licensed masters - level clinicians. This position works with adults and children and involves approximately 90% direct clinical care, 10% administrative and documentation time, and ~36 patient visits per week.
