Practice an expanded Anesthesia Care model, taking a leadership role in navigating perioperative process, in close and friendly collaboration with surgeons and nursing staff. Our Department is armed with all required modern equipment for the safest practice of Anesthesia, including Video-Laryngoscopy, 2 SonoSite Ultrasound Machines for Vascular Cannulation and Regional Anesthesia, 2 Ambu FOB Systems with disposal scopes used in Thoracic Anesthesia and Difficult Airway management, FloTrack System for intraoperative hemodynamic management, AccuView vein finding system, etc. Skill in Ultrasound Guided Regional Anesthesia is a plus! Recent Graduates with experience covering anesthesia call for obstetrics are welcome, with mandatory Board Certification within 5 years. Flexible schedule available within evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Active or eligible for a NYS License Board eligible or certified in Anesthesiology Experience working with an under-served patient population preferredWages and Benefits include:Annual Base Salary: $421,000* (board eligible); $431,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated between $601,000** (board eligible) and $611,000** (board certified) which includes the baseline salary, fringe benefits, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below: Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000*** Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings.
