A full-time infusion pharmacist role is available with a direct hire opportunity in a corporate pharmacy setting near Hilliard, OH. This position focuses on providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for chronic and acute infusion therapies within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Candidates with prior experience in infusion pharmacy are highly preferred, though specialty pharmacy experience will also be considered. Responsibilities: Provide compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring for infusion medications prescribed by licensed medical personnel. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations. Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain operational and regulatory standards. Collaborate with nursing, intake/admissions, reimbursement, sales, and marketing teams to deliver efficient, patient-centered care. Support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs actively. Participate in onboarding and training new pharmacy staff; may serve as preceptor for pharmacy interns. Act as a clinical resource for sales and marketing, including assisting with presentations and marketing material review. Manage procurement and inventory control according to corporate procedures. Support insurance authorization and reimbursement processes with accurate documentation. Participate in pharmacy on-call rotation to provide continuous support. Maintain accurate clinical records, including those required for controlled substance reporting. Demonstrate knowledge of USP 797, USP 800 standards, and State Board of Pharmacy regulations. Qualifications / Desired Experience: Valid pharmacist license in the relevant state. Prior infusion pharmacy experience highly preferred; specialty pharmacy experience considered. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours within an 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday schedule.
