Previous logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination experience (non-entry level role) Knowledge of DOT compliance and driver scheduling Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform duties in a fast-paced environment Job Details: Sit/stand flexibility during shifts Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Dress code: Casual (or business casual attire) Background in logistical tracking, DOT & HOS compliance, and certified driver dispatch knowledge required Experience with GPS systems (GeoTab or similar) Strong communication skills, able to answer phones, and multitask effectively Job Duties: Monitor driver activity and ensure DOT/HOS compliance Dispatch drivers efficiently while maintaining safety standards Track loads using GPS or other software Communicate effectively with drivers, management, and customers Maintain accurate records and reports Flexibility to support weekend coverage as needed Why This Role?
