This role involves testing, implementation, and ongoing system maintenance to meet customer, regulatory, and IS infrastructure requirements. Responsibilities include systems analysis, solution development, executing test plans, and creating detailed documentation. The role requires participation in project and change management, translating customer requirements into system design, and improving workflow efficiency. Strong communication skills are essential due to interaction with clinical staff, management, and physicians. Participation in an on-call rotation is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide operational support for clinical applications including RevenueCycle and Powerchart. Test, implement, and maintain systems to meet business and regulatory requirements. Perform systems analysis and develop effective solutions. Develop and execute detailed test plans. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Translate customer requirements into system design. Support workflow standardization and productivity improvements. Provide day-to-day service request support. Lead and manage assigned projects and implementation efforts. Act as liaison between clinical staff and vendors. Manage software upgrades, enhancements, and testing. Troubleshoot inbound and outbound interfaces. Ensure systems meet operational, regulatory, and infrastructure requirements. Participate in on-call rotation for support coverage. Qualifications Strong analytical ability to solve complex technical or administrative problems. Ability to evaluate feasibility, options, and timelines for system changes. Strong documentation skills using business language. Ability to communicate system issues and solutions clearly. Education and/or Experience Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field required. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 4 additional years of related experience required. Minimum Experience 5 years of experience including implementation, testing, and support. Experience in a healthcare setting required. Experience with RevenueCycle and Powerchart required. Language Skills Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions in business language.
