Natural Habitat Adventures (Nat Hab), a Boulder-based global adventure travel company focused on nature experiences, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Adventure Operations team, responsible for orchestrating the logistics behind our trips. In this role, you will help ensure that our partners and field staff are fully equipped with the information and resources they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences on every departure. This is a full-time, exempt position with a hybrid work schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES Thoroughly review, compile, and send departure-specific information to Nat Hab's in-country operators, contracted partners (hotels, restaurants, service providers) andField Team. Most communication is done via email working heavily in our CRM software. Guest information includes passport details, flight itineraries,medical/dietary information, and special requests. Organize select program details andlogisticsfor destinations around the world,working intimately with Trip Owners and other staff(as needed).Logisticsinclude, but are not limited to,scheduling and confirming restaurant,activity,andtransportation needson select programs,assistingwithExpedition Leader and field staff flights,facilitatingguest visa needs,and the management of room releases with individual properties and operators. Assistwithor own thecreation and dissemination of fieldteamdocumentation. Assistwithorownaccuratedata entry, record-keeping, andmaintainingoperational databases, ensuring data and content integrity across all platformsAct as a resource for in-house Adventure Specialist and Guest Services colleaguesregardingtrip-specific information such as itinerary, hotel,mealor transportation details, travel documents, etc. Mayassistwith theresearch anddevelopmentof new itinerariesor programs. May includethemanagement of vendor or partnerrelationships and/orinvoices. Thisis a collaborative teamrolethat includessupporting/backing upTrip Ownersas needed.Mayassistin the planning and execution of training retreats locally and around the world.The positionmayinclude other responsibilities and opportunities not listed aboveSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Previousexperience inlogisticsand data managementpreferred. Travel industry experience is notrequiredbut a plus. Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite. Computer database experiencepreferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines. Able to self-manage, take initiative,and offer solutions. College degree preferred. COMPENSATION Starting salary range: $60,000-$63,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. (Per Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, employers must include compensation ranges in job postings.) This is a full-time, exempt position. LOCATION AND TRAVEL This positionoffers a hybrid schedule and requires in-person attendance at our Louisville, Colorado office at least 50% of the workweek. This position also requires two to four weeks of travel annually to meet the needs of therole. This location and travel policy is subject to change at the company's discretion. WORKING HOURS Nat Haboperatesa 24/7 global adventure travel business, and this role reflects that reality. While standard company office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM for select members of our guest-facing teams. Please note, while this role is not part of the guest-facing rotation, additional hours may be required to meet the needs of the role. The company also holds one annual all-staff week that requires attendance, as well as a second in-office week scheduled by your department.
