Core Responsibilities High-Acuity Oversight:#Monitor and assess drug therapies for ICU-level patients; consult with healthcare teams to optimize critical outcomes. Specialized Logistics:#Maintain and oversee medication supply across#3 key restock areas. Clinical Operations:#Ensure timely, safe compounding and distribution while maintaining strict QA and regulatory standards. Patient Education:#Lead discharge counseling and direct patient teaching for seamless transitions of care. Requirements Experience:#Hospital experience is heavily preferred. Licensure:#Current NYS Pharmacy License # Valid NYS Driver#s License. Certification:#Current BLS Certification. Clinical Skills:#Proficiency in specialized hospital pharmacy functions and ability to make critical independent decisions.
