Description Job Summary: Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Ukraine-speaking Case Specialist for our nonprofit client. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and case management support to individuals with disabilities, working closely with social services, welfare programs, and related agencies. The Case Specialist will ensure accurate file maintenance, case processing, and assist clients in navigating available resources, including housing assistance. Key Responsibilities: + Case Management & Client Services: Interface with clients, providing case management services, and assisting with referrals for housing and other social services. + Collaboration with Social Services: Work directly with individuals with disabilities and collaborate with social services, welfare agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure client needs are met. + Case File Review: Review, update, and maintain case files, ensuring timely follow-up and preparation for payment release. + Application Support: Assist clients in submitting applications for various services, working collaboratively with team members to ensure timely processing. + Information Requests: Respond to routine requests for information concerning client cases, ensuring clear and accurate communication. + Project Assistance: Participate in various office projects as needed, supporting the team in meeting organizational goals. Requirements Qualifications: + Fluency in both Ukrainian and English (required). + Experience in case management, customer service, or client services roles. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams. + Knowledge of social services and welfare programs is a plus. + Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
