Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Advanced 3D X ray and CT scanning * North Star Imaging equipment expertise * Digital metrology and model interrogation * Post processing software: Geomagic, VG Studio, PolyWorks or equivalent * Reverse engineering from CT scan data * Fixturing design using low density materials * Engineering data interpretation and problem solving * 2+years of experience with North Star Imaging NOT X-ray or CT equipment or other equivalent Industrial X-Ray or CT equipment. * Attend and be certified in the Advanced DR (DR Level II) and CT Intro training from the vendor, North Star Imaging. * Experience developing and applying new or routine X-ray and CT methods or techniques. * Knowledge of mechanisms, fixturing and engineering concepts. * Experience with Digital Metrology software packages such as Geomagic, VG Studio, Polyworks, or other industry leading software. * Strong communication, analytical problem solving, and conceptual design skills. * Strong Microsoft Office skills. * Able to quickly learn laboratory techniques and work well under pressure. * Presentation skills (customer tours, sales/marketing tours, etc.). Roles & Responsibilities * Obtain high resolution digitized data using state of the art 3D X ray and CT scanning systems * Partner with engineers to understand test requirements and recommend appropriate scan techniques * Perform digital metrology evaluations, model comparisons, and data interrogation using post processing software * Interpret scan data to troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward practical engineering solutions * Design and build custom fixturing solutions for imaging applications * Execute reverse engineering activities from CT scan data * Handle biohazardous materials in compliance with safety protocols (as required) * Support CT data presentations for customer, sales, and marketing tours Salary Range $ 70,000-$ 80,000 years TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
