Position SummaryThe Logistics Supervisor serves as a liaison between the GE Warehouse Leadership and the GE operation. The position is responsible for leading operational and/or support departments including all aspects of shipping and receiving, scheduling, inventory management, quality management. The Logistics Supervisor upholds all QMP's and work instructions. Responsible for instilling and maintaining good relationships and working conditions with all Crescent People and Customers both inside and outside of the account through proper execution and championing the Crescent Way. Ensure that all Crescent People consistently produce acceptable productivity, quality and safety results. This role requires the oversight and purchasing of shipping materials, office supplies, and department needs. Assures compliance with OSHA, MSDS, ASI, ISO, and SQF regulations. Ensure that payroll is processed correctly and all times for direct reports are capture accurately in time management and payroll systems.
