any MPay Rate: $2,100.00 - $2,300.00 gross per weekNumber of Positions: 1Specialty: OR Tech - CVORStart Date: any Monday startTravel: All inclusiveAssignment Length: 13 weeksSchedule: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (can be submitted for 36 or 48 hrs ; they will receive guaranteed hours)Additional Details: The OR Tech under general supervision by the OR Manager/Surgery Center Manager is a member of the OR Team, working with surgeons, registered nurses, anesthesiologists, certified nurse anesthetists and ancillary support personnel whose primary function is scrubbing for surgical cases.Other functions include handling instruments, supplies, medication, media, specimens, and instrument cases.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSThe clinician must have at least 2 years of experience in their discipline (RN, CST, CT Tech, etc.) as well as 2 full years of recent experience in the specialty they are being submitted for (Med/Tele, OR, etc.)Prior travel experience is not required, but highly preferredCardiovascular/open heart experience is requiredCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTSBLSCSTNBSTSA (optional)STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTSDoes not require state licenseABOUT THE FACILITYOur Center is a 180-bed, Trauma level III, acute care inpatient teaching facility in Cooperstown, New York. The Clinic is located on the same campus as the medical center, and provides outpatient primary and specialty care.
