On-call rotation required with weekend coverage for staff call-outs.Job DescriptionThe Ultrasound Technologist will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and other imaging procedures, collaborating with medical staff to provide optimal patient care. The position includes the responsibility of conducting inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room cases.ResponsibilitiesConduct ultrasound examinations including general abdomen, obstetrics, small parts, kidney, and vascular studies.Utilize PACS and portable ultrasound systems effectively.Participate in on-call rotation, covering weekends as necessary.Maintain effective communication with medical staff regarding patient conditions and imaging results.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.Certification in BLS and either ARRT (S) or ARDMS required.Radiation badge required, provided by the agency.Experience with PACS and portable imaging procedures essential.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
