They have three children-a 4-year-old son, a 2.5-year-old daughter, and a 2-month-old baby girl-and are looking for someone who will become a long-term, trusted partner in their children's development. They are very hands-on and are looking for a nanny who will work as part of a team alongside mom, dad, and the housekeeper to ensure a well-run and nurturing home environment. Responsibilities Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for the older children while the newborn is with a nurse Collaborate with parents to support a gentle, respectful parenting style-guiding behavior through communication and problem-solving Plan engaging, screen-free activities (arts & crafts, imaginative play, music, outdoor time) Encourage curiosity, creativity, and learning through age-appropriate experiences Handle school drop-offs/pick-ups and transportation Travel domestically as needed (approximately 8-10 weeks/year, non-consecutive) while maintaining routines Ideal Candidate & Personality The ideal candidate is warm, thoughtful, and passionate about child development.
