Three experienced Certified Nurse Midwives provide first-call coverage, allowing for excellent work-life balance. The OB/GYN physician is responsible for: Cesarean sections Operative vaginal deliveries GYN emergencies and related inpatient consults The hospital maintains an 18% C-section rate, reflecting evidence-based, patient-centered care. With less than one delivery per day and roughly one C-section per week, the workload is steady but not overly demanding.
