This individual is responsible for upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and patient satisfaction across designated OrangeTwist locations. As a leader and mentor, the Regional Clinical Training Manager will coach and develop clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee adverse event responses, and lead educational and training initiatives on aesthetic procedures. Simultaneously, this role involves performing aesthetic treatments including injectables, lasers, and other non-invasive procedures, ensuring the Trainer remains an expert practitioner while modeling best-in-class care and results.Location(s):5925 Convair Dr #545, Fort Worth, TX 761093062 Texas Sage Trail, Fort Worth, TX 761775331 E Mockingbird Ln #130, Dallas, TX 752061101 Shoal Creek Suite 120, Highland Village, TX 750778701 W University Dr Suite 150, McKinney, TX 75071Schedule: 5 days a week, minimum 4 weekend days a monthWhat You Will Do:Training:Provide clinical leadership to ensure that OrangeTwist treatments are performed safely, ethically, and in compliance with all medical practicesCoaching, training, and mentoring providers and clinical staff. Providing clinical guidance and answering medical questions as they ariseIssuing approvals/sign-offs for providers to start performing designated treatments following observation of their demonstrated skillSupporting the development of treatment protocols when neededEnsuring the adherence to all OrangeTwist protocols and policies by clinical staffEnsuring patient safety and satisfaction through clinical training and mentoringSupporting adverse event management (including client communication, determining clinical response to adverse events, etc.)Supporting efforts regarding regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, state medical board)Managing regional clinical staff performance, including evaluations, feedback, and corrective action processesEnsuring consistency and quality of treatment outcomes across OrangeTwistFacilitating live clinical training and educationTeaching injection techniques (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers)Training on all OrangeTwist treatment modalities.Training on safety protocols, anatomy, and complication managementProviding hands-on training during workshops or private sessionsAesthetic Provider:Conducting consultations and developing treatment plansPerforming Good Faith ExamsAdministering injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), lasers, microneedling, etc.Documenting treatments and patient progressEducating patients on pre- and post-careManaging any side effects or complicationsStaying trained and certified on all current treatments and technologiesQualifications:Valid State license to practice as a Physician Assistant - OR - Valid State license to practice as a Registered Nurse - AND - Valid State license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State 2+ years in a clinical leadership and/or training role, ideally in a multi-location practice settingExperience with regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, state medical boards) and incident managementBLS (Basic Life Support) certification requiredDEA number preferred Additional Specialized training in medical aesthetics and injectablesMinimum 5 year's experience with neuromodulators, dermal filler injections, and other cosmetic treatments PerksForward-thinking, transparent, and inclusive company cultureCompetitive salary, incentive plan, generous paid time off, sick time, and paid holidaysComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental & vision insurance401k employee contributions, FSA, HSA, and dependent care optionsContinuing education with our own UniversityEmployee referral bonus program, employee resource groups, and professional developmentAll benefits dependent on role and eligibilityAll candidate email communication will be done through an @ email address.
