Collection, assembly and analysis of inpatient and outpatient surgery charts the day following discharge. Responsible for scanning discharges and any loose reports into the correct medical record using the QuickChart scanning process. Accurately files completed charts in permanent file using terminal digit order. Assist in department telephone calls and walk in requests as back-up.
