In this exciting hybrid role, you'll provide exceptional service and solutions to our valued customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions. * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling systems. * Provide clear and accurate estimates for service and installation work. * Educate customers on energy efficiency and system operation. * Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. * Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
