Job Posting: Behavioral Health Counselor Tohono O'odham Community College is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor to join our Student Services Division. This is a full-time, exempt position. In this role, you will provide culturally responsive mental health counseling, clinical case management, and crisis intervention to our students. What You'll Do * Provide culturally responsive behavioral and mental health counseling to students. * Conduct assessments to determine student needs and create individualized treatment plans. * Deliver individual and group counseling, and educational programs on mental health topics. * Collaborate with campus departments and external agencies to support students and create an inclusive environment. * Assist with disability services in collaboration with the Disability Resource Coordinator. * Serve as the Title IX Administrator, which includes coordinating compliance efforts, investigations, and training for students, staff, and faculty. * Facilitate wraparound sessions with students and instructors to ensure student success. * Prepare reports for administration by compiling, reviewing, and analyzing data.
