Job Title:BCBA Location: Gilbert, AZ 85297Job Description Job Summary The BCBA is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring effective, evidence-based treatment programs. This role includes collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, families, and community partners, as well as providing ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This position offers the opportunity to directly impact the lives of individuals with autism and their families through high-quality clinical care and leadership.Key Responsibilities: Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program management for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Provide direct client services, including initial and ongoing assessments. Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans. Supervise RBTs and provide training, coaching, and performance feedback. Collaborate with treatment teams, including Behavior Technicians, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and families. Facilitate parent training and support families in accessing community resources. Monitor client progress and make data-driven program adjustments. Requirements: Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB. Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of practice (if required). Completion of the 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training (or willingness to complete). Minimum of 1 year of supervised BCBA experience. Ability to conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Ability to provide direct services and supervision sessions. Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Valid driver's license and current insurance. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to kneel, squat, stand, and sit on the floor for extended periods. Ability to move quickly as needed to ensure client safety.
