You'll do more than fill prescriptions-you'll play a key role in ensuring patients understand and safely manage their medications while supporting a collaborative healthcare environment.If you're the kind of pharmacist who loves educating patients as much as organizing inventory, we want to talk.What You'll Be Doing:As part of our Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) team, you'll work alongside providers, nurses, and care coordinators to support safe and effective treatment plans. You'll:Prepare and dispense medications based on provider ordersDetect potential drug interactions or therapeutic incompatibilitiesCounsel patients on new and existing medications ?????Answer medication-related questions from patients and providersMonitor drug therapies and recommend interventions as neededManage pharmacy inventory like a boss (no stock-outs on your watch!)Keep everything compliant, accurate, and aligned with SMF's missionWhat You Bring to the Table:PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in PharmacyLicensed Pharmacist in good standing with the South Carolina Board of PharmacyEligible to participate in Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party payersAt least 1 year of pharmacy experience (preferred, but we love new grads, too!)A love of accuracy, collaboration, and making people's lives betterYour Schedule:Monday to FridayDay shiftsWhy Join Sandhills?We're more than a workplace-we're a mission.
