Medical Center Barbour - Under the general supervision of the laboratory director, the Medical Technologist performs laboratory procedures in a timely and accurate manner according to established hospital and departmental procedures.Under the general supervision of the laboratory director, the Medical Technologist performs laboratory procedures in a timely and accurate manner according to established hospital and departmental procedures. Education: Associates Degree from an accredited MLT program. Mathematical, verbal, and working skills at the College level (2 years).  MLT certification preferred but not required.                                         Experience: Experience in a hospital setting preferred. Excellent customer relation skills.        Licenses/Certificates: ASCP or AMT certification preferred but not required             .
