You will enjoy a strictly outpatient setting with no hospital rounding and no ER call, plus an early start to your weekend every week with half-day Fridays.Key Responsibilities• Clinical Care: Provide evaluation and management for the full spectrum of Ear, Nose, and Throat (Otolaryngology) disorders in an outpatient clinic setting.• Procedures: Perform in-office clinical procedures, including flexible laryngoscopy and nasal endoscopy.• Collaboration: Work alongside board-certified Otolaryngologists and a supportive team of APPs and Audiologists.• Call Duties: Light phone call duties shared between all providers (patient questions only; no hospital or Emergency Department call required).Schedule & Work-Life Balance• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM• Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM• No Nights, No Weekends• 100% Outpatient (No Hospital Rounding)Qualifications• Experience: Previous experience in Otolaryngology (ENT) as a Physician Assistant is preferred.
