With more than 35 years of experience and a network of top fertility specialists across the country, we help patients pursue parenthood through innovation, empathy, and clinical excellence.We are rapidly expanding to serve more families, and we are seeking a driven, personable, and performance-oriented Physician Liaison to help us grow new patient volume in Greenville SC-one of the most competitive and dynamic healthcare markets in the country.About the RoleAs a Physician Liaison, you will serve as the frontline connection between CCRM's fertility services and the broader Obstetrics and Gynecology community. You'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with referring providers, generating consistent new patient referrals, and representing our brand across OB/GYN practices, Oncology, Urology, Women's health groups, Hospitals, and Employer partners.This role is best suited for a proactive, confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and understands the nuances of provider engagement in a dense urban setting. This is a field-based position requiring 80%+ time spent actively visiting offices, meeting providers, and hosting strategic events.Key Responsibilities1. Referral Development & Market GrowthProactively build and expand a network of referring providers-OB/GYNs, oncologist,urologists, internists, and relevant women's health specialists.Execute a blend of scheduled meetings, strategic drop-ins, and in-office engagements to promote awareness of CCRM's services and patient care model.Understand the competitive landscape and identify key differentiators to position CCRM as the provider of choice.2. Communication & Operational AlignmentMeet regularly with Practice Administrators and REIs to ensure alignment on scheduling, clinic services, capacity, and operational updates.Relay referring provider feedback and market trends back to clinical leadership to support informed planning and patient coordination.3. Performance OwnershipDirectly accountable for monthly new patient visit (NPV) goals tied to outreach activity.Maintain meticulous records of all provider interactions, events, and leads in Salesforce CRM.Deliver consistent performance reporting and pipeline updates to leadership.4. Events & Employer EngagementPlan and host provider-focused events (e.g., lunch-and-learns, happy hours, OB education nights) that educate and activate referral partners.Collaborate with local employers and benefits managers to host employee-facing fertility events and health fairs.Represent CCRM at key community events and professional gatherings to enhance visibility and patient acquisition.5. Internal CollaborationWork closely with the marketing team, REIs, patient services, and clinic staff to ensure referral handoffs are smooth and patient experiences exceed expectations.Share best practices with national PL team to support broader strategic goals.Key Metrics for SuccessNumber of new patient visits (NPVs) generated monthly from PL-led effortsGrowth and retention of referring provider relationshipsFrequency and quality of field activities (logged visits, meetings, and events)Referral funnel conversion metrics from awareness to appointmentFeedback from clinic leadership on PL alignment and impactRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in healthcare, business, communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in physician outreach, healthcare field sales, or referral developmentExcellent interpersonal skills with a warm, confident, and polished presentation styleStrong organizational abilities and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)High emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate diverse provider personalities and office culturesComfort traveling throughout the South and North Carolina region via personal vehiclePreferred QualificationsPrior experience in fertility, women's health, or specialty medicine preferredUnderstanding of fertility benefits (e.g., Progyny, Carrot) and employer commercial insurance plansFamiliar with local market trends and demographics, with analytical and strategic mindsetExisting relationships with OB/GYNs or provider groups in the Greenville SC areaEvent planning or B2B marketing experienceWorking EnvironmentField-based with frequent travel across North/South CarolinaOccasional lifting (up to 40 lbs) for events, materials, and set-upFlexibility for occasional early morning or after-hours events
