Previous experience working with children is preferred.With a focus on both group and individual services, our dedicated professionals provide a safe and nurturing environment where young minds can flourish.Key Responsibilities:Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision, and values.Operational management of clinical and non-clinical departments including but not limited to: Intake, Business Development, Quality, Finance, Clinical Services, Regulatory Affairs that effectively drive patient care outcomes.Ensure quality metrics are achieved through sound clinical processes following accreditation and regulatory agency guidelines.Develop positive relationships with local industry, local government, potential key health care providers, and the public.Contribute to the development of and participation in corporate-wide strategic planning efforts.Job Requirements:Education:Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health CounselingIndependent Licensure in the State of Ohio with supervisor designation (LISW-S, LPCC-S)Who we areAs parents, we see the potential in our little ones, from the youngest age.
