Pace Connect operates Monday through Thursday from 5:30 - 8:00 pm. Associates generally work two shifts per week. Exact schedule to be determined with supervisor; no more than 20 hours per week when school is in session and no more than 35 hours per week during breaks. The report contains information on security policies as well as crime and fire statistics for the University. * Applicants must have a major or minor in a business discipline and take courses on the NYC campus of Pace. * The Research Associate will make calls and conduct research as assigned by the Pace Connect research and call center. * Some Research Associates will also serve as managers of this student-run business. * Most of the work will involve calling admitted students who have expressed interest in majoring in business. * Good communication skills are crucial. * Training will be provided by Pace Connect student managers and Admissions. Applicants must be undergraduate students on the New York City campus and have a major or minor in a business discipline. * Good phone and data skills * Office experience a plus * Ability to work independently * Strong customer service and organizational skills * Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner * Strong verbal communication skills * Strong customer service and organizational skills
