We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established, patient-focused primary care clinic. This outpatient role offers a four-day work week and a Team-Based Care Model that supports efficiency and work-life balance. Our clinic has a positive, supportive culture we put patients first and take care of each other. Team members are always willing to help, creating a collaborative, community-focused environment. The ideal physician will see patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults. Additional skills are welcome, including concussion management, IUD/Nexplanon insertion, and pessary care. We also support providers who want to introduce new services to meet community needs.
