Position Summary Business Analyst supports multiple Directors and Vice Presidents in the Department of Physician and Ambulatory Services. Position will entail serving as a generalist to help support the growing Department of Physician and Ambulatory Services. Position will have a financial focus by supporting the Director of Business Development and Finance in the following areas: due diligence of physician practices, financial management of employed physician practices, development of monthly financial reports and other activities as required. Position will also assist other Directors in the areas of Revenue Cycle, quality, and practice operations as needed. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Includes the Following: 1. Understands and adheres to the center's Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors. 2. Assists with due diligence on physician practices 3. Assists with financial management of all employed physician practices 4. Assists with on-boarding of new physician practices 5. Assists with development and maintenance of financial reports; and additional tasks as required. 6. Performs all other related duties as assigned. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree in Healthcare (MPH, MPA, MHA, MBA) preferred. 1-4 years hospital or healthcare consulting experience preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
